These terms cover My VDP, the Vida Del Padel points and rewards programme, tapping in at our clubs and guest passes. By using My VDP you agree to them. My VDP is run by Vida Del Padel Ltd (company number 15634750).
1. Your account
- My VDP is free to join. You need to be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- One account per person. Sign up with the same email address you use on Playtomic, so we can match your games to you.
- Keep your details up to date and do not share your account with anyone else.
2. Earning points
- You earn points for games you play at Vida Del Padel clubs, booked through Playtomic, at the rates shown in My VDP. Members earn at the member rate while their membership is active.
- You must be added to the booking as a player. Points usually appear within an hour of your game ending.
- You can also earn points by tapping in at a club. You must be at the club in person, and you can tap in once per visit.
- Cancelled, refunded or unplayed bookings do not earn points. We may remove points that were added by mistake.
3. Spending points
- The rewards you can choose are shown in My VDP. They depend on availability and may change.
- Each reward code can be used once, at the club and by the date shown with it.
- Once points are spent they cannot be given back, unless we cannot provide the reward.
4. What points are worth
- Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or moved to another person.
- Points expire if your account has had no games, tap-ins or rewards for 12 months.
- If we ever close the programme, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to spend your points.
5. Guest passes
- Guest passes are a perk for Vida Del Padel members with an active membership.
- Each member gets one guest pass per calendar month. Unused passes do not carry over to the next month.
- Guest passes are only for friends who are new to Vida Del Padel and have never played at any of our clubs. We check this when the pass is sent and again when it is unlocked. You cannot send a guest pass to yourself or to a second account.
- Your friend must join My VDP with the email address the pass was sent to, and unlock it within 14 days. If they do not, or if they turn out to have played with us before, the pass goes back to the member.
- An unlocked pass gives one single-use code worth £15 off one booking at the club your friend chooses. One code per booking. It has no cash value and cannot be passed on to anyone else.
- Your friend gets welcome points when they unlock the pass. The member gets bonus points when the friend's first game is one they play together. The amounts are shown in My VDP.
6. Fair use
We want My VDP to be fair for everyone. If we reasonably believe it is being misused, we may cancel points, rewards, guest passes or codes, and suspend or close the account. Misuse includes:
- having more than one account;
- sending a guest pass to yourself, or to someone who has played with us before using a new email address;
- selling, sharing or publishing codes;
- tapping in without being at the club, or adding points for games that did not happen.
We may also correct any mistakes in a points balance.
7. Changes to My VDP
We may change how many points you earn, the rewards on offer, the guest pass allowance or these terms. Changes are shown in My VDP and on this page, with a new date at the top. If a change takes away something you already have, we will tell you by email first.
8. Your information
We use your name, email address, games and points to run My VDP. Read our privacy policy to see how we look after your information.
