Meeting room hire in Wakefield: your questions
How do I book a meeting room?
Choose a half day or full day, pick a weekday and tap the room you want in the booking section above, then pay online. You get a confirmation email with a calendar invite straight away.
What is included in the price?
The room, fast wifi, a screen for your laptop, a whiteboard, and free tea, coffee and water for everyone in your meeting. Our reception team welcomes your guests.
How much does it cost?
A half day is £50 for Brisa (2 people), £85 for Cala (6 people) and £120 for Costa (8 people). A full day is £90, £150 and £210.
When can I book?
Monday to Friday: a morning (9am to 1pm), an afternoon (1pm to 5pm) or a full day (9am to 5pm). Book up to 90 days ahead, and up to 2 hours before you start. For anything sooner, email us and we will do our best.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking and we refund you in full. To change the time, email us with your booking reference.
Can I book by the hour?
We book by the half day and full day, so the room is yours for the whole session with no rush. Need more than one room, or the same room every week? Email us.
Can I get food and drinks?
Tea, coffee and water are free with every booking. For matcha, soft drinks and more, scan the QR code in your room: order and pay on your phone, and our barista brings it to you.
Can I get a receipt for my company?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt when you pay, and you can add your company name at checkout. Need a full VAT invoice? Email us your booking reference.
