Getting Started Booking & Access At the Club Membership Events & Hire Support
New to padel?
No — padel is extremely easy to learn and suitable for all abilities. Our clubs welcome everybody from complete beginners through to experienced players.
Absolutely — the more the merrier. We're always happy to welcome new players to the club and encourage people to bring friends and family along to try padel for the first time.
No, there is no age limit at our clubs. However, all players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We recommend comfortable sportswear and suitable trainers with good grip. Tennis, gym or padel shoes are all suitable for beginners. Please avoid football boots or shoes with metal studs.
Yes. Rackets are available free of charge at all of our clubs and can usually be found at the side of the courts. Padel balls can also be purchased directly from the vending machines located within the club.
Playtomic includes features that allow you to join open matches, social sessions and connect with other players at your level. We also recommend joining your club's community WhatsApp groups using the QR codes available on the website, which is a great way to meet players and arrange games.
Courts, codes & entry.
No — Vida Del Padel operates on a pay-and-play basis, meaning anybody can book and play without requiring a membership. All bookings and memberships are managed directly through the Playtomic platform. However, by joining one of our membership schemes, you may benefit from additional discounts, perks, exclusive offers and member benefits.
All bookings are managed through the Playtomic platform. Simply create an account via the Playtomic app where you can book courts, arrange matches, join social sessions, book coaching and manage all your bookings in one place.
All Vida Del Padel clubs operate using an automated keypad entry system. Once your booking is confirmed through Playtomic, you'll receive a four-digit access code via email and within the app. Simply enter this code at the main entrance door to gain access to the club. Your court lights will automatically illuminate approximately five minutes before your booking and will switch off around ten minutes after your session ends.
Your access code will become active 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
Your booking will still finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, as court sessions run automatically throughout the day.
All booking amendments and cancellations are managed directly through Playtomic and are subject to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
All coaching sessions can be found within the Academy section on Playtomic. We offer a variety of coaching options, session types and coaches across different times and price points.
Yes — we regularly host social sessions, social nights and tournaments across all of our clubs. These can all be found and booked directly through the Academy or Tournament sections within Playtomic.
What to expect.
Vida Del Padel clubs are primarily unmanned facilities, allowing players to access courts from early morning through to late evening. However, our team regularly attends site for maintenance, coaching, events and support.
Yes, parking is available at all Vida Del Padel locations, although availability may vary slightly depending on the site.
Yes, all of our clubs have toilets and changing facilities available for customers. Some locations also have shower facilities available on site.
Yes. All of our clubs have vending facilities on site where you can purchase drinks, snacks and padel balls. Some clubs also have bars and cafés available.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at our clubs provided they are kept on a lead and do not cause disruption to other players or visitors.
All Vida Del Padel clubs are indoor facilities, meaning sessions continue as normal in almost all weather conditions.
Joining VDP.
Yes. We offer a range of membership options which may include discounted court bookings, priority access, social sessions and additional member benefits. Memberships can be viewed and joined directly through Playtomic. See our membership page for full details.
Unfortunately, our company policy is that reward points cannot be backdated for previous bookings or sessions completed prior to downloading or registering on the rewards app. We recommend downloading and registering as early as possible to ensure all future activity is tracked correctly.
Groups & private hire.
Absolutely. We offer private hire, corporate events, social tournaments and group bookings at selected clubs. Visit our Corporate Events page or contact us directly at info@vidadelpadel.com for more information.
