These Terms apply to all users of the Vida del Padel Ltd website and services. By using our website, booking courts, or attending events, you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings for courts, events, or coaching sessions must be made through our website or Playtomic App.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide a full refund.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations can be made via Playtomic before the booking for a full refund, up to 24 hours before the booking slot is due to go ahead.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking slot.
4. Conduct
- All participants must adhere to the rules of the club and respect other users of the facilities.
- Vida del Padel Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any person who behaves inappropriately or violates the rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Vida del Padel Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using our facilities or services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
- We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings while using our facilities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Vida del Padel Ltd and may not be used without prior permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
