Our facility is unmanned to provide maximum flexibility for our members. Upon booking, you’ll receive a unique access code that allows you to enter the building. Simply enter the code at the entrance to gain access. When your session is over, you can exit the building the same way—just ensure that the doors are securely closed behind you. The facility is monitored remotely to ensure safety and security at all times.
Our top of the range rackets are FREE to use with your booking. You’ll find these in our club, waiting for you by the side of the courts! Balls are also available to purchase from our on-site vending machine.
Our facility operates without on-site staff to offer you maximum flexibility and convenience. However, our remote support team is always available during operating hours to assist you with any issues. You can reach out to us via phone immediate assistance.
Yes, all court bookings are made through our Playtomic system. You can book a court up to [insert time period here] in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.
